Delete your data

Everbelow is a game by Fourbound Games. This page explains how to delete your account and the data associated with it.

Data we store

• An anonymous account identifier, linked to your Google Play Games profile if you chose to sign in with it.
• Your save and progress: depth reached, equipment, resources, and the player name and tag you chose.
• Your leaderboard entry.
• Your gameplay events: sessions, tutorial steps, fights, chests, rewards and purchases, with their times.
• The days you first reached those depths.
• Your purchase records: which product, the store’s purchase token and order number, and what it granted.

We do not collect your real name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or payment details.

Delete from inside the game (recommended)

Open the game → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. This permanently removes your account and all the data listed above.

Request deletion without the game

If you no longer have the game installed, email support@fourboundgames.com with the subject Delete my data, and include your player name and tag (as shown on the leaderboard, e.g. NAME#1234) and, if you bought something, the Google Play order number (GPA.…) so we can find your account.

What is deleted, and when

Everything listed above is permanently deleted. Deletion in the game is immediate; email requests are processed within 30 days. Deleting your data does not refund purchases, and Google or Apple keep their own record of the transaction. Analytics, crash reports and server logs are not linked to your player name and expire on Google’s schedule. Deleting your account in the game also resets this device’s analytics identifier.
