Delete your data

Two ways to erase your Everbelow account — the Fourbound Games game — and everything stored against it. Both delete the same thing, and neither can be undone.

From inside the game — fastest

Open the game and go to Settings → Delete Account. After a ten-second confirmation it takes effect immediately.

By email — if you no longer have the game installed

Send a message to support@fourboundgames.com with the subject Delete my data, and include the player name and tag you chose (as shown on the leaderboard, e.g. NAME#1234) and, if you bought something, the store order number.

We do not collect your name, email or phone number, so your player name and tag are the only things that tie a record to you — without them we genuinely cannot tell which save is yours. If you have lost them, tell us the store account and approximate purchase date and we will do what we can.

We confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your anonymous account and its identifier.
• Your save: progress, depth reached, equipment, resources and settings.
• Your entitlements record.
• Your purchase ledger (which product, which token, what it granted).
• Your leaderboard entry and player name.

What does not, and why

• Purchase records held by the store. Apple or Google keep their own transaction record under their rules; our ledger of what you bought is erased with your account.
• Crash reports are held by Firebase Crashlytics on Google’s own schedule — currently 90 days — and expire on their own.
• Your purchases are not refunded by deleting your data. Refunds go through Apple or Google.

Afterwards

Opening the game again creates a fresh anonymous account with no progress. Anything you had bought is gone with the entitlements record, so if you intend to keep playing, restore purchases before you delete rather than after.
