Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the games and the website of Fourbound Games, an individual developer based in Türkiye. By downloading, installing or playing one of our games you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the games.

Eligibility

Our games are intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your country, review these terms with a parent or guardian; only they may authorise a purchase.

Licence to use the games

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute or sell them, except where the law does not allow that restriction.

Your account and progress

Each game creates an anonymous account to save your progress and run online features. You are responsible for what happens on your device. Your progress is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We take care to keep it, but a save is not a backup service and we cannot guarantee it is never lost.

Virtual items and currencies

• Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred out of the game.
• You receive a limited licence to use them in the game; you do not own them.
• We may manage, change or remove virtual items and currencies, and adjust game balance, prices or availability at any time.
• If a game is discontinued, or your access ends because you broke these terms, unused virtual items and currencies are lost unless the law requires otherwise. We will give reasonable notice before a game is discontinued.

Chests and random rewards

Some chests, including chests bought with gems, contain items chosen at random. The chance of each rarity is shown in the game before you open or buy a chest. Chests and their contents are virtual items under these terms: they have no cash value, cannot be sold or exchanged for money, and no real-money prize is ever offered.

Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store. The store sells the purchase to you, so its terms and refund policy apply, and refunds are requested from the store; we cannot process payments or refunds ourselves.

• Virtual items and currency you buy are delivered to your account as soon as the store confirms the payment.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the items or currency it delivered.
• Prices are set in the store and may change; the price shown at checkout applies.
• This does not affect the rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Advertising

Our games offer optional rewarded ads. Watching one is always your choice; the reward is granted once the ad is confirmed watched, ads are not always available, and the number of rewarded views a day is limited. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised third-party software or modified clients, or interfere with normal play or other players.
• Do not try to gain unauthorised access to our games, our servers or other players’ data.
• Do not use the games for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not choose a player name that is offensive, infringing or impersonates someone else.

We may suspend or end access, and remove items or currency obtained by breaking these rules. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@fourboundgames.com.

Player names and leaderboards

Your player name, tag, depth and leaderboard rank are visible to other players. Do not use your real name or any other personal information in your player name. We may change or remove a name that breaks these terms, and we may correct or reset leaderboard positions gained by cheating or by exploiting bugs.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue a game or any of its features at any time. Online features depend on third-party services and your internet connection and may be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee that a game will always be available or error-free.

Intellectual property

Our games, including their design, code, art and names, belong to Fourbound Games or its licensors. These terms give you no rights to them beyond the licence above.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, progress or virtual items, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee for digital content in the EU.

App stores

If you downloaded a game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Neither Google nor Apple is responsible for our games or their support.

Termination

You may stop at any time by uninstalling the game, and you can delete your data as described on the deletion page. We may end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue a game.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer living in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in its courts. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts competent under Turkish law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page, and when a change matters we will show the new terms in the game and ask you to accept them before you continue.

General

• These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the games.
• If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
• We may transfer these terms to someone who takes over a game; this does not reduce your rights as a consumer.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• These terms are written in English and translated. If the versions differ, the English version prevails unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
